In this semester's Lunch and Learn we will explore some of the lesser known sections in the Hebrew Bible (Torah, Prophets and Writings). These narratives include problematic family relationships, surprising criminal behaviors, scandalous liaisons and astonishing accounts of human interactions. What does God have to do with such events? Why are these stories in our Holy Scriptures? What are we supposed to learn from them?
